PropOS is software for real estate agents at getpropos.app. This policy covers the PropOS application, the getpropos.app website, and emails we send about the product.
Account information you give us: your name, email, phone, and brokerage details. Working data you enter into the product: deals, transactions, client contact records, commission figures, and documents you upload. Billing runs through Stripe; card numbers live with Stripe, never on our servers. The website keeps basic page counts. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
To run the product you signed up for, to bill for it, to answer support, and to send product email. Product announcement emails to agents carry an unsubscribe link that works with one tap. Data you enter about your clients is yours: we process it to provide the software and for no other purpose.
Nobody outside the service providers needed to run the product: hosting, Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider. Each receives only what its job requires. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Your data stays while your account is active. Ask us to close the account and we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Write to the address below for a copy of your data or a deletion request.
PropOS-AskTime is a free browser extension that composes a showing request text for the listing you have open in your MLS system and hands it to your Messages app. It collects nothing and sends nothing. It reads the listing on your screen only when you click it, and the only thing it stores is your own message template and signature, saved locally in your browser. No account, no server, no analytics, and no data ever leaves your computer.
