AskTime

A free tool from PropOS, by Soulives LLC.

Text the listing agent straight from the MLS screen. One tap, and the showing request is written, addressed, and sitting in Messages. You press send.

Why

The old way: copy the number off the listing, open Messages, paste, type the address, type the MLS number, type the time you want. Ten steps, every showing, all day.

The AskTime way: one tap. The request writes itself with the address, the MLS number, your time, and your signature.

How

AskTime reads the listing you already have on screen. It finds every reachable number, names attached, even on a Call Owner listing that buries two cells in the showing instructions. Tap a name, or tap Everyone and it opens one group text so the time gets settled in a single thread. It works on your MLS screen first, and it reads the agent block on portal pages like Zillow too. Nothing sends until you press send.

Built on Long Island by a working agent, for agents who would rather be showing houses than typing.

AskTime is a free tool from PropOS, the deal file that fills itself in, built for solo agents and transaction coordinators.

On your Android phone

  1. Tap the button below to copy the AskTime code.
  2. In Chrome, bookmark any page (the star), then Edit: name it AskTime and paste the code over the address.
  3. On any listing, type AskTime in the address bar and tap the bookmark suggestion.

Android runs the bookmark from the address bar, not the bookmarks list.

Straight answers on data and compliance

  1. Nothing is taken. AskTime reads the page already open on your own screen, under your own login, only at the moment you tap it. It never crawls, never runs in the background, and never visits a page for you.
  2. Nothing is stored or sent. No account, no server, no database. The only thing saved is your own signature, in your own browser. Listing information is never kept and never transmitted anywhere.
  3. Nothing is republished. AskTime copies no photos, no remarks, no listing content. It composes a private text from you to the listing contact, the same message you would have typed by hand.
  4. Your MLS access stays yours. AskTime only works on pages you are already authorized to view. It adds no access, shares no access, and displays nothing publicly.

Details in the privacy policy. AskTime is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OneKey MLS, LIBOR, Zillow, or any MLS or listing portal.

Why PropOS AskTime is free

Because it is a sample. AskTime is one small screen cut from PropOS, and PropOS exists because real estate runs on retyping. The same deal gets typed into the contract, the commission bill, the CRM, the email to the attorney, and every retype steals time from the work that pays you: showing houses, winning listings, closing deals.

PropOS is the whole answer: built for the solo agent and the transaction coordinator, the people who carry the file alone. Type the deal in once and the file holds itself. Documents come out already filled in, every date sits where you can see it across every deal you carry, and the commission math is right the first time.

If one tap saved you ten steps here, imagine the whole deal file working this way.
